Policies

ADA accommodations will be made in accordance with the law; please indicate your special needs upon registering at least 30 days prior to the event by sending an email to support@ce-go.com or by calling us at 888 498 5578. 

1. This virtual event will be hosted via Zoom Webinar, and you may be prompted to download or upgrade your Zoom app if using a mobile device. A strong WiFi connection will be required for best quality.


2. We recommend clicking your "Join Webinar" button early and checking that your speakers are on before the event begins. Please do not worry about being seen or heard! Attendee video feeds and mics are turned off by default when entering a webinar. You will be able to ask questions via the Q&A feature.


3. Please respect that no copying, recording, or distribution of live session content is allowed. CE's are provided for the "live" sessions only. CE's will not be available for the recordings.

Upon registering, you should receive an email from support@ce-go.com with a link to access your Attendee Dashboard. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot locate the email, you may retrieve your Attendee Dashboard link by clicking HERE

• Transformative Solutions, LLC will refund 100% of registration fees for continuing education courses cancelled by Transformative Solutions, or you may choose to apply their registration fees toward another course.
• Transformative Solutions, LLC is not responsible for the cost of travel and/or lodging payments made by participants regardless of cancellation of courses or registration.
• If a training is postponed, the registrant has the option to attend the training on the new date or have their registration transferred to a new training within six months. No refunds will be given.

• If a refund is requested, registrants may receive a partial refund, minus a $20 administrative fee. Refunds must be submitted in writing to mcaldwell.lpc@gmail.com. No refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of the event. Failure to provide a written cancellation request within the 2-week time frame, as well as failing to attend the event, will result in no refund being issued.
• Refunds are not provided due to technical failures at your location. It is the registrant’s responsibility to contact us if they do not receive webinar login instructions. Failure to login does not result in a full refund.
• Failure to participate in live webinars will not be subject to a refund.

• Certificates are distributed through the Ce-Go platform. Registrants must complete the training evaluation to have access to download the training certificate. Please contact mcaldwell.lpc@gmail.com for further questions.
Transformative Solutions, LLC strives to provide high quality services, we understand that some registrants may find the need to file a grievance or complaint regarding one of our programs. Should a registrant experience anything that yields a complaint, they should contact the owner and operator of Transformative Solutions, LLC, Madalyn Caldwell at mcaldwell.lpc@gmail.com or 334-544-1301. Complaints will be reviewed, and a response will be given within 5 business days.
